Convenient location close to everything - near cafes and lots of action. 🏙️

The breakfasts here come with tasty oatmeal 🥣. The location is fantastic, super convenient for me, with lots of nice shops, restaurants, and a mall nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the lobby, stairs, and hallways were quite dirty, which left a poor first impression.

There is nothing I can say that I liked.

The office personnel at time of check-in was less than personable. I tire of someone saying it's company policy. We were told we could not pay in cash. There were people up all night talking in the hallway. We had to drive home the next day to central Michigan. It was not a good experience. The phone was broken. There was no one in office overnight.

The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, both inside and out. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast options that were available each morning.

One specific situation that stood out during our stay was when we encountered a minor issue with the TV not working properly. We promptly notified the front desk and within minutes, a maintenance staff member arrived to address the issue.
